PO SERVICE STEP
1. When receiving the deposit, we will send the production schedule to customer.
2. 6 days before delivery, we will remind the customer to pay the balance and ask the forwarder's information from customer.
3. Goods will be delivered in the strict in accordance with the contract.
4. After goods arrive at the forwarder's warehouse, we provide the estimated departure date and arrival date of the vessel to customer.
5. After the vessel departures, we will provide the telex released BL to customer.
If customer needs original BL, we will send the original BL to customer.
We will provide the tracking no.to customer in 2days and track this original BL till reaching customer.
6. After customer receives goods, we will contact with customer and do customer satisfaction feedback.
According to customer feedback, we will improve insufficiently and do better service for customer.
